**Position:** 2nd Officer  
**Yacht:** 40m Private Yacht  
**Location:** Mediterranean  
**Start Date:** ASAP  
**Itinerary:** West Mediterranean  
**License:** OOW or higher, STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2, PBL2, Driver's License  
**Job Description:**  
We are currently seeking a 2nd Officer for a 40m private yacht. The ideal candidate will have strong navigational skills and experience in deck operations. This role will involve assisting with navigation, safety procedures, and various deck duties as required.  
**Requirements:**  
- Must hold OOW (Officer of the Watch) certificate or higher  
- STCW certification  
- Valid ENG1 medical certificate  
- Food & Hygiene Level 2 certification  
- Proficiency in Bridge Resource Management (BRM)  
- Experience with navigation, safety procedures, and deck operations  
- Strong communication and leadership skills  
**Other:**  
- Male or female candidates  
- EU passport or appropriate visa for work in the Mediterranean  
**Contract:** Permanent, Monaco contract  
**Leave:** 3 days per month  
**Salary:** Depending on experience
