**Position:** Second Stewardess  
**Yacht:** 56m Ice Class Explorer Yacht  
**Location:** South East Asia/Indian Ocean  
**Contract:** Permanent with 3:1 Rotation  
**Salary:** DOE (Depending on Experience)  

**Description:**  
We are seeking a strong Second Stewardess for a 56m Ice Class Explorer Yacht. The ideal candidate will be confident in stepping up to the Chief Stewardess role and leading the interior team during the Chief Stewardess's leave periods. The candidate must be versatile, able to assist in all areas, and confident in all aspects of service and training junior crew members. The yacht will be traveling to remote and adventurous locations, and the owner, who is very active and enjoys surfing and diving, desires a crew that shares a passion for these activities.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Chief Stewardess in managing the interior team and maintaining high standards of service and cleanliness.
- Step up to lead the interior team when the Chief Stewardess is on leave.
- Provide exceptional guest service, including meal service, housekeeping, and laundry.
- Teach and mentor junior crew members, ensuring they are well-trained and motivated.
- Adapt to various tasks and situations, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.
- Collaborate with the crew to create a positive and family-like atmosphere onboard.
- Participate in guest activities, including surfing and diving, and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain inventory and manage supplies for the interior department.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Stewardess on yachts, with the capability to step up to a Chief Stewardess role.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Proficiency in all aspects of service, including food and beverage, housekeeping, and guest relations.
- Ability to teach and mentor junior crew members.
- Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to various situations.
- Willingness to work in remote locations and enjoy adventurous activities.
- Fluent in English or with English as a first language.
