Captain

**Position:** Skipper  
**Vessel:** Nireus 530 Elegance 19ft Motorboat  
**Location:** Marina (Departing for Comino and Gozo)  
**Responsibilities:**
- Conducting daily charters with guests (maximum 6)  
- Vessel preparation before and after each chartered trip  
- Maintenance/cleaning of the vessel as necessary  
- Ensuring safety of guests and adherence to maritime regulations  
- Providing exceptional guest service  

**Schedule:**  
- Charters depart the marina at 10:00 am  
- Charters return from Comino and Gozo at 5:00 pm  

**Description:**  
We are seeking an experienced Skipper for our brand-new 2024 Nireus 530 Elegance 19ft motorboat. The Skipper will be responsible for conducting daily charters with guests, vessel preparation, maintenance, and cleaning. The charter will take guests to Comino and Gozo and back, providing exceptional maritime experiences.

**Requirements:**  
- Valid Skipper license  
- Previous experience conducting charters  
- Strong seamanship skills  
- Excellent guest service skills  
- Ability to work in a dynamic and customer-oriented environment
