### Job Advertisement: Chase Boat Captain/Deckhand for 53m Motor Yacht

#### Position Overview:
We are seeking a Chase Boat Captain/Deckhand with a minimum of 2 years' experience in the industry to fill a seasonal position on board a busy charter 53m motor yacht based in Italy. The yacht has 12 crew members and operates in a single season. The ideal candidate will be a hardworking individual with no drama or ego, possessing a great attitude, sense of humor, and a deep respect for the onboard hierarchy. This position is open to male candidates only due to cabin arrangements.

#### Schedule:

#### Essential Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the yachting industry
- EU passport holder preferred, Schengen at a minimum
- Competent in driving a 14-meter chase boat and jet tenders
- Experience in managing and interacting with charter guests
- Familiarity with towing guests on water toys such as wakeboarding, skiing, etc.
- Experience with Jet skis, Jet boards, foils, and seabobs
- Holds current STCW training certificates and ENG1 medical certificate
- Navigational Watch Rating Certificate STCW II/4 (preferred)
- RYA PBL2 (preferred)
- Yachtmaster Offshore (preferred)

#### Responsibilities:
- Driving the chase boat under the supervision of the bosun
- Interacting with and managing charter guests during water activities
- Maintenance tasks on the mother ship and assisting with other duties as assigned
- Ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Collaborating with the crew to ensure smooth operations onboard
