Chief Stewardess

**Position:** Chief Stewardess  
**Yacht:** 50m+ Private Sailing Yacht  
**Location:** Sardinia  
**Start Date:** Immediately - Permanent Position  
**Itinerary:** Summer Season 2024 - North Sea; Winter - South of France (SOF)  
**Requirements:** Medical Fitness Certificate, STCW, Schengen visa (if needed)  

We urgently seek a Chief Stewardess for a 50m+ Private Sailing Yacht. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role, with a background in sailing yachts being highly advantageous. The yacht will cruise in the North Sea for the summer season of 2024, then transition to the South of France for the winter. We seek an energetic, hands-on individual with a passion for sailing.

**Interior Crew:** 2/3 (a third Stewardess will be hired to assist during peak seasons)  
**Crew Composition:** Mixed nationality  
**Smoking Policy:** Non-smoker, preferably no visible tattoos  
**Language Skills:** Fluent English  
**Team:** No  
**Gender Preference:** Female due to cabin arrangement  

**Salary Range:** €4500 - €5500 (Depending on Experience)  
**Benefits:** 1 salary bonus after 1 full year onboard, 35 days of annual leave
