#### Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced Deck Engineer for a 25m yacht for the upcoming Mediterranean season, which is already packed with charters. The yacht operates with a crew of 4, where everyone is expected to pitch in when needed. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience as a deckhand and ideally possess a mechanical background to handle basic engine room work and troubleshooting. Strong tender driving skills are also required. Immediate start in the Mediterranean.

#### Essential Requirements:

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

#### Responsibilities:
- Assisting with deck operations, including mooring, anchoring, and tender driving
- Basic engine room maintenance and troubleshooting
- Conducting regular inspections and maintenance tasks on deck equipment
- Ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
- Collaborating with the crew to ensure smooth operations onboard
