Deckhand

Position: Deckhand for 115m Charter Yacht

We are seeking a male deckhand with 1-2 seasons of experience onboard yachts to join our team. As a deckhand, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the vessel during charters and regular operations. Our yacht offers dual-season experiences, and we have several charters booked for the remainder of the year.

**Requirements:**
- Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements.
- 1-2 seasons of experience onboard yachts.
- Proficiency in kiteboarding, wing foiling, or wakeboarding preferred.
- Familiarity with operating a ski Nautique or similar watercraft is advantageous.
- Ability to assist the bosun and leads with watersports activities while also performing day-to-day deck duties.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Valid STCW certification.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with mooring, anchoring, and docking procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of exterior areas.
- Assist with tender operations, including driving tenders as needed.
- Assist with watersports activities such as kiteboarding, wing foiling, wakeboarding, and operating the ski Nautique.
- Participate in safety drills and emergency procedures.
- Collaborate with the bosun and leads to ensure efficient deck operations.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks and assist with ongoing projects as directed.

**Rotation and Salary:**
- 3:1 rotation schedule.
- Salary to be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
