Deck/Steward(ess)

Position: Deck/Stewardess
Location: Fort Lauderdale (currently), upcoming travel to Caribbean and Bahamas
Salary: $3500/month
Leave: 3.2 days accrued paid leave per month
Health Insurance: Provided after 3 months aboard

We're seeking a hardworking, grounded individual with a healthy lifestyle to join our professional and long-term crew as a Deck/Stewardess on a private motor yacht. Candidates new to the yachting industry are welcome. The position requires a close to 50/50 split of interior and exterior duties, including tender handling, toy management, anchoring, line handling, beds and heads maintenance, table settings, serving, and cleaning/detailing.

Key Details:
- Close to equal split of interior/exterior duties
- Professional and long-term crew environment
- Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements
- No visible tattoos
- Non-smoking program (including vaping)
- Owner usage approximately 7-12 days every 5-6 weeks
- Typically 8 am - 5 pm workdays with weekends off when guests are not aboard
- Long hours when guests are aboard
- Excellent vessel, program, and owner

Additional Information:
- This is not a team position or rotation position
- This is not a party boat at any time

The vessel is currently in Fort Lauderdale and will resume travel to the Caribbean and Bahamas in late June/early July for approximately a year or more.

North American citizens and/or applicants currently in south Florida will be prioritized.
