**Responsibilities:**
- Safely operate and navigate the yacht's tender.
- Assist in guest transfers, shore excursions, and water sports activities.
- Perform routine maintenance and checks on the tender to ensure it is in optimal working condition.
- Collaborate with the yacht crew to coordinate activities and ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maritime regulations during tender operations.

**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in operating yacht tenders.
- Strong knowledge of tender maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Excellent navigation skills and familiarity with the coastal areas around Sardinia and Italy.
