**Position:** Sole Steward  
**Yacht:** Family Yacht  
**Location:** Miami, with multiple annual trips to the Bahamas  
**Contract:** Can start as freelance/contract, with potential for full-time  
**Start Date:** June 10th, 2024  

**Description:**  
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sole Steward to join a family yacht based in Miami. The position can begin as a freelance/contract role, with an initial trip to the Bahamas from June 10th to July 20th, and has the potential to transition to a full-time role. The yacht has recently undergone refurbishment and is meticulously maintained.

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide exceptional service to the owner and guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Perform all steward duties including housekeeping, laundry, and interior maintenance.
- Assist with meal service and bartending.
- Help with provisioning and inventory management.
- Ensure the interior of the yacht is kept in pristine condition at all times.
- Assist with guest activities and special requests.
- Work collaboratively with the Captain and other crew members.
- Cook occasionally if needed (cooking skills are a plus but not required).

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a steward/stewardess on a yacht or in a high-end hospitality setting.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enthusiastic, hardworking, and adaptable to the yacht's schedule and activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available for evening and weekend outings in Miami, and able to travel for extended periods (e.g., two months in the Bahamas, occasional trips to the Caribbean and New York).
- US passport or legal authorization to work in the US.
