### Job Opportunity: Sous Chef
**Yacht:** 60m Private / Charter Motor Yacht
**Location:** Mediterranean
**Start Date:** Between early to mid-June
**Package:**
- Salary: €4,000 - €4,500 per month (depending on experience)
- 60 days leave
**Responsibilities:**
- Work closely with the Head Chef to prepare both guest and crew meals
- Maintain high hygiene standards and organization in the galley
- Be proactive and motivated, contributing to a busy summer charter season
- Adapt to varying needs, diving into all aspects of galley operations
- Collaborate with the Head Chef for a seamless culinary experience
**Requirements:**
- Experience on yachts and/or a background in restaurant/private household settings
- Minimum Food Safety and Hygiene Level 2 certification (Level 3 or NVQ equivalent is advantageous)
- Enthusiastic and ready to learn, with a positive attitude and ability to think on your feet
- Willingness to be involved in both guest and crew food preparation
- Good all-rounder with a proactive approach and adaptability to charter needs

- The vessel is increasingly moving into the charter market, making for a busy summer ahead
