**Itinerary:** Mallorca during summer, Viareggio during winter

### Job Description:

We are seeking a Stewardess to join our team aboard a prestigious 40m private Motor Yacht, currently undergoing its maiden voyage. The ideal candidate will have at least a couple of seasons of experience on similar-sized vessels and possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism. While the primary focus will be on interior duties, occasional cooking for the crew may be required. The yacht will be busy over the summer season, catering to the Owner's enjoyment of their new vessel.

### Key Responsibilities:

- Perform interior duties with meticulous attention to detail.
- Assist with occasional cooking for the crew.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the interior.
- Collaborate effectively with the rest of the crew in a professional and respectful manner.
- Adapt to the dynamic needs of the yacht and its guests.

### Requirements:

- Valid Medical Fitness Certificate and STCW certification.
- Minimum of a couple of seasons' experience on similar-sized vessels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Cooking skills are preferred but not essential.

### Additional Information:

- **Crew:** 8/9 members with mixed nationalities.
- **Language:** Fluent English (international crew).
- **Preferences:** Non-smoker and no visible tattoos.
- **Accommodation:** Shared cabin between Stewardesses.
- **Salary:** To be determined based on experience.
- **Leave Days:** 35 days per year for permanent positions.
