2nd Engineer

**Position:** Second Engineer  
**Yacht:** 59m Motor Yacht  
**Location:** Start date June 10th, Venice, Italy  
**Crew Size:** 12  

**Description:**  
We are seeking a qualified and motivated Second Engineer to join our 59m motor yacht. The yacht has a crew of 12 and offers an industry-standard salary, with additional benefits for committed and high-performing team members. The cruising itinerary includes the Mediterranean Sea during the summer and the Caribbean and Bahamas in the winter.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Chief Engineer in maintaining and operating all mechanical and electrical systems on board.
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on engines, generators, and other equipment.
- Ensure all safety and environmental regulations are followed.
- Monitor and manage the engineering department's inventory and supplies.
- Participate in safety drills and emergency response procedures.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure smooth and efficient yacht operations.
- Support the deck and interior teams as needed.

**Qualifications:**
- B1/B2 visa (mandatory).
- Relevant engineering qualifications and certifications.
- Prior experience as a Second Engineer on similar-sized yachts.
- Strong knowledge of marine engineering systems and equipment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
