### Position: 2nd Stewardess

**Yacht:** 2023 40m Motor Yacht

**Location:** Med & Caribbean/Bahamas (dual season itinerary)

**Start Date:** September 2024

**Program:**
- Dual season itinerary: Mediterranean and Caribbean/Bahamas cruising
- Owners are known for promoting longevity and treating staff with respect and kindness

**Team:**
- Interior team of 2
- Total crew of 7
- Excellent Captain and a supportive, multinational crew

**Responsibilities:**
- Work alongside the Chief Stewardess to manage the interior
- Rotate through all areas of the interior, including service
- Assist other departments as needed

**Ideal Candidate:**
- Experienced 2nd Stewardess ready to take on more responsibility
- High level of professionalism and a professional appearance
- Strong housekeeping and service skills with keen attention to detail
- Great communication skills; easy-going and fun to be around
- Trustworthy, reliable, honest, and straightforward in dialogue
- Willing to commit long-term to the position

**Skills and Character:**
- Capability to efficiently manage the interior alongside the Chief Stewardess
- Ability to follow instructions and work autonomously when needed
- Enjoys helping out in all departments and being a team player
