Position: Female 3rd Officer for 85m+ Private Motor Yacht

We are seeking an experienced female 3rd Officer to join our team aboard a recently refitted motor yacht measuring over 85m in length. This is a prestigious opportunity offering a rotational package and a start date in mid-April. The ideal candidate will hold an OOW 3000 or unlimited certification and be available to join in Europe.

**Requirements
- Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements.
- Hold an OOW 3000 or unlimited certification.
- Previous experience in a similar role onboard large yachts.
- Strong navigational and seamanship skills.
- Familiarity with safety and emergency procedures.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Must be available to join in Europe by mid-April.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Chief Officer in all navigational and safety-related duties.
- Conduct regular navigational watches as per the vessel's schedule.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of navigation activities.
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and safety standards.
- Supervise deck crew and assist with training as needed.
- Assist with tender operations and water sports activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the vessel.
- Participate in safety drills and emergency response exercises.

Rotation and Package:
- Rotational package to be discussed.
- Start date: Mid-April.
