Butler

**Position:** Travelling Butler  
**Location:** London with travel to Paris, Portugal, and the US  
**Contract Type:** Permanent, rotational schedule (3 weeks on, 3 weeks off)  
**Start Date:** Immediate  
**Salary:** Top negotiable salary based on experience  

**Essential Requirements:**
- Previous private house experience
- Valid driver's license
- Flexible and adaptable
- Strong communication skills
- Technically savvy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

**Responsibilities:**
- **Butler Service:** Provide full butler service for the principal and family members in an informal home setting.
- **Meal Service:** Serve meals and assist chefs as needed.
- **Anticipate Needs:** Proactively anticipate and respond to the principals’ requirements.
- **Bedroom Management:** Manage bedroom setup to ensure comfort and readiness.
- **Device Management:** Ensure all devices are charged, easily located, and ready for use.
- **Travel Preparation:** Manage packing, unpacking, and ensure luggage is always ready for travel.
- **Personal Shopping:** Conduct personal shopping as required.
- **Guest Services:** Front of house duties, meeting, and greeting guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- **Atmosphere Management:** Manage lighting and music to create a welcoming environment.
- **Driving Duties:** Drive as required, mainly in Portugal.
- **Diary Management:** Liaise with the Personal Assistant to manage the principal’s diary.
- **Coordination with Vendors:** Coordinate with vendors in all travel locations for transportation arrangements.
- **Catering to Preferences:** Cater to the employer's food preferences with a focus on healthy and health-conscious options, and prepare daily supplements and vitamins.

**Ideal Candidate:**
- **Experience:** Previous experience working in a private house.
- **Demeanour:** Calm, adaptable, and forward-thinking to proactively meet the principals’ needs.
- **Technical Skills:** Technically savvy with the ability to adapt to dynamic situations.
- **Work Style:** Efficient work style, able to handle fast-paced environments.
