Location: Joining in the Mediterranean (Dual season yacht)

Salary: EUR 8500
Leave: 10/10 rotation
Dncio Yachting is currently seeking a Head Chef for a 60m+ yacht, with the department including a Sous Chef. The ideal candidate should have a high level of restaurant experience combined with yacht experience. Specialization in Indian, Asian fusion, vegetarian, traditional flavors, and tasting menus is essential.
Key Requirements:
- High level of restaurant experience mixed with yacht experience
- Proficiency in Indian, Asian fusion, vegetarian, traditional flavors, and tasting menus
- Charter experience and ability to adapt to last-minute changes
- Team player mentality
