Recruitment Consultant

**Position:** Client Relationship Manager

**Role Overview:**  
Ufiy.com, a leading platform in superyacht crew recruitment, is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support their growing list of clients and optimize their experience using the platform. This role offers extensive autonomy and responsibility, focusing on building and maintaining client relationships, optimizing platform usage, and supporting the sales process.

**Responsibilities:**
- Initiate, manage, and develop client relationships through phone calls, emails, and demo calls.
- Optimize client usage of Ufiy.com by reviewing accounts, activity, and user management, and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Manage tasks and contacts using the CRM system, scheduling pipeline check-ins for the future.
- Respond to incoming enquiries promptly via web forms, emails, calls, and social media.
- Proactively identify client opportunities or areas for growth.
- Understand and support the sales process.

**Skills and Experience Required:**
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in recruitment agency or tech company.
- High level of professionalism with excellent networking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the yachting or marine industry is advantageous but not essential.
- Experience with HubSpot is an advantage but not essential.
- Must be able to work from the Southampton-based office.
