Job Description:
We are seeking a capable and accomplished Bosun to join our 65m+ sail yacht. The ideal candidate will have strong sailing skills with a minimum of 2 years of experience onboard a large sailing yacht. The Bosun will be responsible for all maintenance tasks, including overseeing a mini-ISM system and managing the IDEA vessel maintenance program to a high standard. Guest trips often involve diving, so candidates with PADI DiveMaster or Instructor qualifications are highly desirable. A B1/B2 visa is required, and computer literacy is a prerequisite.

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of Yachtmaster Offshore
- Working towards OOW (Officer of the Watch)
- PADI DiveMaster or Instructor (highly desirable)
- B1/B2 visa
- Computer literacy

Additional Skills (Preferred):
- Strong sailing skills
- Experience with jet tender driving
- Diving experience
