### Job Advertisement: Bosun for 45-Meter New Build M/Y - 2024

#### Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Bosun for a new 45-meter motor yacht. The ideal candidate will be ready to fly immediately, with all required documents in hand. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Bosun to join a wonderful captain and a great crew, with lots of potential for growth within the program. The owner is known for being nice and supportive, making this an ideal position for someone looking to advance their career.

#### Schedule:
- **Summer 2024:** Mediterranean
- **Winter 2024/25:** South Florida, Caribbean, and the Bahamas
- **Start Date:** Immediate
- **Compensation Package:** Above industry standard (negotiable DOE), 60 days leave

#### Skills and Attributes Required:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Bosun on a 35+ meter motor yacht
- Strong product and deck maintenance knowledge
- Strong water sports knowledge
- Safe and competent tender driver
- Works well in a team environment
- Professional presentation

#### Qualifications Required:
- STCW with PDSD
- Yachtmaster (YM) preferred
- Powerboat Level 2 (PBL2)
- Personal Watercraft Certificate (PWC)
- Seafarers Medical Certificate
- Schengen Visa (if applicable)
- Valid B1/B2 Visa
- Non-smoker
- No visible tattoos
- Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements
