### Job Advertisement: Live-In Residential Housekeeper/Family Cook - Chelsea, SW3

#### Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated live-in residential housekeeper/family cook for a formal residence in Chelsea, SW3. The role involves maintaining the immaculate home of a HNW mature couple and preparing simple, fresh family-style meals on the Chef's day off. The ideal candidate will be kind, caring, and highly attentive to detail, with experience in VIP private residences.

#### Schedule:
- **Working Hours:** 9am to 2pm & 5pm to 9pm
- **Working Week:** 5/5.5 days per week, 1.5/2 days off
- **Start Date:** ASAP
- **Salary:** Circa £45,000 gross per annum
- **Accommodation:** Separate 1-bedroom apartment provided within the grounds

#### Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a VIP private residence
- Kind and caring nature
- Ability to prepare simple, fresh family-style meals
- Fluent English
- Strictly non-smoker
- UK Passport (must have)
- Team player (working alongside a chef, driver, and daily housekeeper)

#### General Duties:
- Day-to-day cleaning and maintenance of the home
- Washing and ironing to a high standard
- Assisting with packing and unpacking, shoe polishing, and arranging dry cleaning
- Preparing and cooking light, fresh dishes on the Chef's days off
- Table service, clearing, and preparation/service of beverages when required
- Occasional assistance with service at small entertaining events
- Overseeing the security of the property when the principals are away

- The home contains many precious items, artwork, and antiques, requiring meticulous care and attention
- No pets or dependents allowed
