Household/ Estate Manager

**Position:** Travelling House Manager - Live-Out  
**Location:** Munich, France, Austria  
**Start Date:** June 2024  

**Key Details:**
- Full-time position including weekends and public holidays.
- Willingness to travel and work across multiple properties.
- Essential requirements include professional experience in UHNW private residences, EU passport, and fluent English with a good level of German and ideally French.
- Strictly non-smoker with high levels of discretion, reliability, and responsibility.

**Responsibilities:**
- Coordination of properties in Munich, Germany (4,500 sqm), Kitzbühel, Austria (1,500 sqm), and Saint Tropez, France (1,500 sqm).
- Management and coordination of all staff across residences.
- Implementing a 5-star standard in all homes.
- Accounting and cost controlling.
- Recruiting, training, and supervising staff.
- Regular personal checks of all houses.
- Supervision and coordination of craftsmen.

**Candidate Requirements:**
- Willingness to travel.
- Many years of professional experience as a house manager in upscale households.
- Excellent references from previous employers.
- Experience in staff management and cleaning of high-quality materials.
- Valid EU passport and driver's license.

**Package:**
- Long-term position with a company car included.
- Salary: €100,000 gross per annum (including bonus) depending on experience and references.
- Holidays: 26-30 days per annum.
