Service Steward(ess)

**Position:** Lead Service Stewardess (Not HOS)  
**Vessel:** 100m+ Private/Charter  
**Start Date:** June  
**Location:** TBD  
**Rotation:** 12 weeks on, 6 weeks off  
**Salary:** €3,400 - €3,800 (DOE)  
**Experience Required:** Minimum 3 years yachting experience  

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Head of Service with the daily running of the service department
- Lead and support the service team
- Cover for the Head of Service when they are unavailable
- Ensure the owner and guests receive the highest possible service and the best experience on board
- Train the team to comply with the yacht's high standards of service
- Follow all service procedures
- Monitor and report guest information to the Head of Service/Chief Stew
- Oversee all guest areas, monitor stock lists, and report defects
- Assist the Chief Steward when required
- Understand the housekeeping department, crew mess, and laundry

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum 3 years of yachting experience
- Excellent understanding of the service department
- Strong management skills
- Experience in a similar role on another vessel or as a Chief Stewardess on a smaller vessel
