**Position:** Lead Service Stewardess  
**Yacht:** 40m Private Yacht

**Itinerary:** West Mediterranean  
**License:** STCW, ENG1, Food & Hygiene Level 2, PBL2, Driver's License  
**Job Description:**  
We are currently seeking a Lead Service Stewardess for a 40m private yacht. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboard service, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences. This role will entail approximately 80% service and 20% housekeeping duties. During off-season periods, additional responsibilities may include tasks at the owner's personal properties.  
**Requirements:**  
- Good longevity (2-3 years ideally)  
- B1/B2 visa (a plus)  
- Experience in silver service, housekeeping, laundry, inventory/accounting, aboard provisioning, and cocktail making/bartending  
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)  
- Strong multitasking abilities  
**Other:**  
- Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements  
- Must have EU passport or French "carte de sejour" to satisfy flag requirements  
**Contract:** Permanent, Monaco contract  
**Leave:** 3 days per month  
**Salary:** Depending on experience
