3rd Engineer

**Position:** 3rd Engineer  
**Vessel:** 100m Motor Yacht  
**Start Date:** As soon as possible  
**Location:** To be determined  
**Rotation:** 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off  
**Salary:** Negotiable depending on experience  
**Ticket:** Commercial EOOW COC  

**Description:**
This role is for a 3rd Engineer on a 100m Motor Yacht. The ideal candidate would either be transitioning from smaller yachts to gain sea time and experience for their next COC or someone looking to transition from ferries/tankers into the yachting industry. It's a hands-on position that requires practical engineering skills rather than being desk-bound.

**Requirements:**
- Possession of a Commercial EOOW COC.
- Experience in marine engineering, preferably on smaller yachts or in ferry/tanker vessels.
- Ability to work well in a hands-on role, with a focus on practical engineering tasks.
- Flexibility to adapt to the demands of a rotational schedule (2 weeks on, 2 weeks off).
 
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Chief Engineer and 2nd Engineer in all engineering tasks.
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems.
- Monitor and operate machinery, ensuring proper functioning.
- Assist with engine room cleanliness and organization.
- Participate in safety drills and emergency procedures.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance activities.
