Captain

Position: Captain  
Vessel: 32m American Flagged 2023/24  
Location: Based in Jupiter, moving between Jupiter and Bakers Bay  
Employment Type: Full-time  

We are seeking a full-time American Captain for a 32m American-flagged vessel based in Jupiter. The owners, a quiet couple, have owned several vessels over the years. The program will involve moving between Jupiter and Bakers Bay, where they have a dock. During the summer, the owners will be living aboard. They are nondrinkers and entertain minimally.

**Program Overview:**
- 4 crew in total when entertaining: Captain, Chef, Stew, and Mate
- Spacious crew quarters
- Start with a 6-month contract
- Live-off is acceptable when the boat is in Florida
- Owners are lovely and allow the crew to have a bit of a life

**Requirements:**
- Must be American or Green Card holder
- Previous experience as a Captain on similar-sized vessels
- Ability to manage a quiet program with minimal entertaining
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to ensure the safety and comfort of the owners and crew
- Nondrinkers preferred
