**Salary:** 4800€ per month

**Requirements:**
- Female candidates only due to cabin arrangements
- Open to Filipino candidates based in EU with a long term Schengen visa

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Chief Stewardess to join a 45m private motor yacht for the Mediterranean season. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a senior stewardess role and possess strong leadership skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage the interior department
- Train and supervise junior stewardesses
- Ensure high standards of service and guest satisfaction
- Plan and execute interior operations, including housekeeping, table service, and guest activities
- Manage inventory, provisioning, and budgeting for the interior department
- Coordinate with other department heads to ensure seamless operations
- Handle guest requests and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency

This is a seasonal position with a contract starting by June 1st and ending at the end of September.
