**Requirements:**
- STCW10
- Medical Fitness Certificate
- Additional requested licenses
- Strong profile with all-round interior skills
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage the interior team (Chief Stew + 3 interior crew)
- Provide high-standard service and ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle management tasks including inventory, budgeting, and scheduling
- Maintain a friendly and professional environment onboard
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
**Qualifications:**
- Extensive experience as Chief Stewardess on similar-sized yachts
- Outstanding references
- Strong service and management skills
- Motivated, reliable, and professional
- Ability to work well in a team
- Great personality with a positive attitude
- No visible tattoos, non-smoker preferred
**Benefits:**
- Salary range: €6,500 - €7,000 (DOE)
- 60 days leave per year
