**Position:** Team Mechanic  
**Team:** E1 Series  
**Location:** Puerto Banús, Marbella (30 Jun), Geneva (27 Jul), Monaco (8 Sep), Rotterdam (10 Nov), Hong Kong  
**Duration:** Full season for the European leg  
**Employment Type:** Contract, with potential for long-term relationship  

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Mechanic for the team during race weekends.
2. Prepare the team garage ahead of the race weekend.
3. Set up the RaceBird's mechanical and electrical systems upon arrival at the race location.
4. Fit hydrofoils and prepare outer surfaces (e.g., sanding).
5. Charge the RaceBird before and after sessions.
6. Secure pilots in the cockpit before sessions.
7. Support Performance Engineers and Systems Engineers with fire up checks.
8. Coordinate with UIM/E1/SBT team for boat readiness and launch.
9. Coordinate with central SBT team for spare parts usage.
10. Pack up RaceBird and garage infrastructure at the end of each race weekend.

**Skills/Experience Required:**
1. Previous experience in motorsport or similar roles (e.g., F1, F2, FE, XE, WEC).
2. Experience in powerboating preferred (e.g., F1 H20, yachting).
3. Experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
4. Basic fabrication skills, especially with metallic components.
5. Carbon repair/modification experience desired but not essential.
6. HV competent certification valuable for operating electrical power systems.
