Engineer

**Position:** Rotational Engineer  
**Yacht:** 50m+ Sailing Yacht  
**Location:** Currently in Europe  
**Itinerary:** World Touring, Private Program  
**Contract:** Rotational (10 weeks on / 10 weeks off)  

**Description:**  
Ufiy.com Yacht Crew is excited to present an opportunity for a seasoned Rotational Engineer to join a highly desirable 50m+ Sailing Yacht. This prestigious vessel is operating on a world touring itinerary and running a private program. The position is available for a seasoned engineer ready for their next career challenge and available to start mid-June.

**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain and operate all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on board.
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure the yacht's systems are in optimal condition.
- Monitor and manage the engineering department's inventory and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with all maritime safety and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with the Captain and other crew members to ensure smooth yacht operations.
- Participate in safety drills and emergency response procedures.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports of all engineering activities.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the yachting industry.
- Valid STCW documentation and seagoing medical certificate.
- Y4 Qualification.
- Strong knowledge of marine engineering systems and equipment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
- Availability to start mid-June.
