Position: Executive/Head Chef  
Yacht: Renowned 42m Motor Yacht (Fully Private, Fishing-Focused Program)  
Location: Primarily West Coast with Caribbean, Panama Canal, Baja Mexico, Costa Rica, and Alaska itineraries

Are you ready to escape the monotony of white boats? A renowned 42m motor yacht is seeking a female Chef to join its fully private, fishing-focused program due to cabin arrangements. Having recently completed its survey and boasting a fresh paint job in Fort Lauderdale, the yacht is poised for adventure.

**Itinerary:**
- Brief Caribbean season
- Traversing the Panama Canal
- Fishing expeditions to Baja Mexico and Costa Rica for the winter
- Journey to Alaska next summer
- Predominantly operates along the West Coast

**Responsibilities:**
- Prepare fresh fish filleting and seafood-centric dishes
- Proactive and self-starter in menu planning and execution
- Create simple yet high-standard dishes with impeccable flavors
- Ensure dietary requirements and guest preferences are accommodated

**Requirements:**
- No visible tattoos or must be covered when guests are on board
- Smoking allowed in personal time, but never when guests are on board
- Must be vaccinated
- Must have B1/B2 Visa
- No criminal records of any kind

**Qualifications:**
- STCW95
- B1/B2 Visa
- ENG1 medical

**Salary:** Industry standard – based on qualifications, experience, and longevity in previous jobs

The owner and family are kind-hearted individuals. The crew enjoys water sports (surfing, kiteboarding, foiling, spearfishing, fishing), hiking, and dock socializing.
