Head of Housekeeping

**Position:** Housekeeper for Luxury Apartment  
**Location:** Monaco  
**Contract Type:** Permanent Position for HNWI Family  
**Start Date:** ASAP  
**Salary:** To be discussed (high baseline with potential for progression)  
**Schedule:** 2 days off per week (not necessarily on weekends)

**Responsibilities:**
- **Housekeeping:** Maintain the cleanliness and organization of a luxury apartment to the highest standards.
- **Laundry:** Handle all laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and folding.
- **Service:** Provide service during meals and for household events as needed.
- **Interaction:** Handle interactions with HNWI clients with respect, patience, and discretion.
- **Situational Awareness:** Use common sense to analyze and respond to your surroundings, especially in tense situations.

**Requirements:**
- **Experience:** 7-10 years of full-time housekeeping experience, preferably in luxury properties.
- **Skills:** Highly skilled in housekeeping, laundry, and service.
- **Personality:** Balanced personality, able to be strong and soft as required by the situation.
- **Client Interaction:** Knowledge of how to interact with HNWI clients.
- **Tolerance and Common Sense:** High tolerance level for dealing with tense situations and good situational analysis skills.
- **Location:** Must have accommodation in the South of France, around Monaco.
- **Driver's License:** Valid driver's license and preferably own a car.
- **Experience with HNWI:** Previous experience working with HNWI families in challenging environments.

**Contract Details:**
- **Type:** French or Monegasque contract based on preference.
- **Benefits:** High baseline salary with potential for progression.
