Head of Housekeeping

### Job Advertisement: Experienced Housekeeper for Private Household in Germany

#### Position Overview:
An exciting new opportunity awaits a dedicated and experienced Housekeeper ready to make a lasting commitment with a lovely family of four in Alt-Bogenhausen, Munich. You will care for the family's newly finished primary residence, working full-time and live-out, maintaining the home to the highest standards. This role involves working alongside another housekeeper and two cleaners.

#### Schedule:
- **Working Hours:** 40 hours per week with flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
- **Contract:** Full-time, permanent
- **Salary:** €46,000 - €55,000 per annum, negotiable
- **Accommodation Assistance:** €500 per month towards accommodation (additional relocation assistance provided)

#### Essential Requirements:
- Professional experience and longevity as a housekeeper in an UHNW household
- Excellent knowledge of cleaning products and care for high-end furnishings and surfaces
- Independent and proactive working style
- Discreet, boundaried, and unobtrusive
- Fluency in English and German desired
- Cooking skills desirable (breakfast and light meals)
- Willingness to work weekends and during the holiday season
- Right to live and work in the EU
- Full EU driving license
- Excellent, checkable references from previous employers

#### Duties Include:
- Professional cleaning, including dusting, hoovering, mopping, changing beds, and cleaning bathrooms
- Exclusive laundry care (silk, cashmere, etc.)
- Grocery shopping and running errands such as arranging dry cleaning and going to the post office
- Laying and clearing tables, providing table service when required
- Breakfast preparation for the family
- Supervision and coordination of tradesmen
- Light gardening when necessary and ensuring exterior areas are maintained

#### Additional Responsibilities:
- Ensure the home is maintained to the highest standard year-round
- Prepare breakfast, light meals, and occasional dinners for the family
- Liaise with external service providers such as gardeners and maintenance companies
- Responsible for laying and clearing the table, providing table service when required
- Manage your time effectively to ensure the home is always well-maintained and spotless
