**Description:**

Dnca Careers is currently seeking an Assistant Bosun to join an 85m+ Private Motor Yacht. This role offers a great package for the right individual. The ideal candidate will be confident in leading the deck team, managing exterior maintenance, conducting mooring operations, driving tenders, and performing watch duties.

**Requirements:**
- Available to join in Europe ASAP
- Experience leading a deck team
- Proficient in exterior maintenance
- Skilled in mooring operations and tender driving
- Able to perform watch duties
- Previous experience as a lead deckhand or bosun on smaller vessels
- No visible tattoos
- Non-smoker
