Lead Deckhand

**Position:** Lead Deckhand  
**Yacht:** 42m Private Motor Yacht - New Build  
**Location:** Mediterranean  
**Start Date:** ASAP - Permanent Position  
**Itinerary:** Kuwait/Mediterranean, then Mediterranean  
**Requirements:** Medical Fitness Certificate, STCW, PBL2, Yachtmaster Offshore (OOW Modules preferred)  

**Job Description:**  
We are seeking an experienced Lead Deckhand for a newly built 42m private motor yacht. The yacht will initially cruise from Kuwait to the Mediterranean for the summer 2024 season and will then be based in the Mediterranean thereafter. The ideal candidate should have 2-3 years of experience on deck, preferably on similar-sized yachts. They must be capable of working autonomously and possess strong interpersonal skills. Diving experience is highly desirable.

**Responsibilities:**  
- Work autonomously on deck  
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of exterior areas  
- Assist with mooring operations  
- Perform general maintenance tasks  
- Act as a team player and contribute positively to the crew dynamic  

**Requirements:**  
- 2-3 years of experience on deck  
- Outgoing, polite, dynamic, and proactive personality  
- Diving experience is advantageous  
- Fluent in English  
- Clean-cut profile  
- Male candidates only due to cabin arrangements  

**Salary:** €3500-4000 (Depending on Experience)  
**Package:** 45 days leave per year
