Sous/2nd Chef

**Position:** Second Chef  
**Vessel:** 72-meter Yacht  
**Location:** Turkey  
**Start Date:** Urgent  
**Salary:** €4,500 per month  
**Contract:** One-month probation period followed by a permanent contract  
**Vacation:** Three months of paid vacation per year  
**Bonus:** End-of-year bonus  

**Requirements:**
- **Nationality:** Russian passport holders only
- **Experience:** Previous experience as a chef on yachts or similar high-end establishments
- **Documentation:** Valid documents including STCW, ENG1, and other necessary certifications
- **Skills:** Ability to prepare a variety of cuisines, adapt to dietary restrictions, and work well in a team

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Head Chef in all culinary operations
- Prepare meals for guests and crew, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the galley
- Assist in provisioning and inventory management
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in the galley
- Be flexible and adapt to the needs of guests and crew
