Deckhand

**Position:** Deckhand

**Yacht:** 37-meter Motor Yacht (M/Y)

**Location:** Joining in the Bahamas

**Summer 2024:** Caribbean and the Bahamas  
**Winter 2024/25:** SoFlo, Caribbean, and the Bahamas

**Start Date:** Immediate

**Compensation Package:** Above Industry Standard (Negotiable DOE), 60 Days

**Skills and Attributes Required:**
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Deckhand on a 30+ meter M/Y
- Strong product and deck maintenance knowledge
- Proficient in water sports
- Safe and competent tender driving skills
- Fishing experience is a plus but not required
- Team player with professional presentation
- Charismatic, professional, and forward-thinking
- Ability to actively engage and instill a culture of excellence and service among crew members

**Qualifications Required:**
- STCW with Proficiency in Designated Security Duties (PDSD)
- Powerboat Level 2 (PBL2)
- Personal Watercraft (PWC) certification
- Seafarers Medical Certificate
- Valid B1/B2 Visa

**Additional Requirements:**
- Non-smokers
- No visible tattoos
- Males only due to cabin arrangements

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Deckhand to join a 37-meter Motor Yacht (M/Y) with a professionally managed program. This is a wonderful opportunity for a driven individual to gain knowledge and experience from a strong deck team.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist with product and deck maintenance
- Participate in water sports activities
- Safely operate tenders and water toys
- Maintain a clean and organized deck area
- Assist with fishing activities if required
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations onboard

**Additional Information:**

The yacht will be cruising in the Caribbean, the Bahamas, and SoFlo during the summer and winter seasons. The successful candidate will join the yacht immediately in the Bahamas. The compensation package is above industry standard and negotiable based on experience.
