Deckhand

**Position:** Deckhand  
**Yacht:** 50m+ Motor Yacht  
**Rotation:** 3:1  
**Location:** Varies (Interesting itineraries)

**Description:**
We are seeking a strong and experienced deckhand to join our team as the vessel transitions into a 3:1 rotation. The yacht has a great owner and a stable crew with longevity onboard. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the industry (2+ years) and should be looking to move into a lead or bosun role in the near future.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with all deck operations and maintenance
- Drive tenders, including a limousine tender
- Hold navigational watch as required
- Lead the deck team when the Bosun or Mate is on leave
- Work closely with the engineer and take on some engineering duties as needed

**Requirements:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the yachting industry
- Yachtmaster or equivalent certification
- AEC and B1/B2 visa preferred
- Strong tender driving skills
- Leadership potential and willingness to step into a lead or bosun role
- Ability to work well within a team and independently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
