Deckhand

**Position:** Deckhand/Tender Driver  
**Yacht:** Family Boat  
**Location:** Varies (Summer: Greece, Turkey, Albania, Montenegro, Croatia; Winter: Caribbean)  
**Start Date:** ASAP  
**Experience:** Experienced in watches (day and nighttime), experienced tender driver  
**Other Requirements:** Early riser, cheerful disposition, non-smoker, no visible tattoos  

We are seeking a thorough, responsible, and loyal team player to join a team of 3 onboard a family boat. As part of the crew, you will need to be an early riser with a cheerful disposition, capable of working both day and nighttime watches, and proficient in tender driving.

The yacht is owned and operated by a Swedish captain and his wife, who serves as the stew/chef. Typically, there are only 3 crew members onboard, providing an intimate and familial atmosphere.

The itinerary for the next year includes summer cruising in Greece, Turkey, Albania, Montenegro, and Croatia, followed by winter in the Caribbean.
