### Job Advertisement: Deckhand for Private 47m Yacht - Seattle

#### Position Overview:
We are seeking a Deckhand to join a private 47m yacht based in Seattle. The position is available as either permanent or seasonal until mid-September. The yacht is America flagged, therefore only US citizens or green card holders are eligible. The role will commence from early/mid May until mid-September, with a few guest trips in June followed by full-time liveaboard guests for all of July and August. The yacht accommodates 4-8 guests (mostly) with a total crew of 7.

#### Essential Requirements:
- US citizenship or green card holder
- Previous experience as a deckhand on a similar-sized vessel
- Proficient in deck operations including mooring, anchoring, and tender driving
- Ability to work well within a team and under the direction of the bosun or captain
- Strong work ethic and willingness to pitch in as needed
- Valid STCW certification and ENG1 medical certificate

#### Responsibilities:
- Assisting with all deck operations as directed by the bosun or captain
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of exterior areas
- Assisting with guest activities such as water sports and tender driving
- Conducting regular maintenance tasks and inspections of deck equipment
- Ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times
