Chief Engineer

Position: Chief Engineer (Y3)
Yacht: 44m Brand New Motor Yacht
Start Date: ASAP

Contract: Permanent (non-rotational)
Salary: 7500 / 8.000 euros/month
Accommodation: Own cabin

We are seeking a Chief Engineer (Y3) to join our team on a brand new 44m motor yacht. This is a full-time position with a permanent contract, ideally suited for someone stepping up to their first Chief Engineer role. The yacht plans to spend the summer in the Mediterranean, followed by a winter warranty period also in the Med. In 2025, the yacht will transition to Asia.

Key Details:
- Experience with Y3 certification
- Familiarity with brand new yacht systems
- Ability to handle summer and winter operations in the Mediterranean
- Willingness to relocate to Asia in the following year
