Position: Chief Stewardess for 32m New-Built Private Motor Yacht

We are currently seeking a dynamic Chief Stewardess to join our team as soon as possible aboard a newly built 32m motor yacht for the 2024 season. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of docking and maneuvering, experience as a Chief Stewardess on yachts of similar size, basic cocktail knowledge, and proficiency in Spanish. **Requirements:**
- Previous experience as a Chief Stewardess on yachts of similar size.
- Knowledge of docking and maneuvering preferred.
- Basic cocktail knowledge with a focus on simple but detailed service.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and maintain a drama-free atmosphere.
- Commitment to excellence in service and creating a positive atmosphere onboard.
- Located in Europe (preferred).
- Proficiency in Spanish as per the owner's request.

**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage the interior department, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained.
- Coordinate guest services, including meal service, housekeeping, and entertainment.
- Train and mentor interior crew members to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist with docking and maneuvering as needed, working closely with the Captain and deck crew.
- Maintain inventory and supplies for the interior department.
- Develop and execute creative cocktail menus and beverage service.
- Foster a positive and professional atmosphere onboard, both during guest trips and downtime.

**Itinerary:**
- Summer 2024: Mediterranean Sea
- Winter 2024: Based in Miami, cruising Bahamas and Caribbean
