**Location:** Mediterranean (Seasonal, traveling to destinations such as Ibiza, Mallorca, Sicily, Sardinia, Napoli)

**Contract:** Seasonal until end of September

**Requirements:**
- Hardworking, organized, and experienced Chief Stewardess
- Previous experience on a similar size boat
- Drama-free attitude
- STCW certification
- Valid ENG1 medical certificate
- Silver service and guest courses are a plus
- Must be kid-friendly
- Preference for local candidates and EU residents (Palma de Mallorca)

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a hardworking, organized, and experienced Chief Stewardess to join a 35m classic Benetti yacht for a seasonal position until the end of September. The yacht is used purely for private purposes by the owners and occasionally their friends. It will be traveling to various destinations in the Mediterranean, including Ibiza, Mallorca, Sicily, Sardinia, and Napoli.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Manage the interior department and ensure exceptional service standards are maintained
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of guest service and dining experiences
- Train and supervise interior crew members
- Maintain inventory, provisioning, and budgeting for the interior department
- Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout interior spaces
- Provide a kid-friendly environment and activities for the owners' children and their friends
- Collaborate with the rest of the crew to ensure smooth operations on board
- Adapt to the changing needs and preferences of the owners and their guests
- Foster a positive and harmonious working environment among the crew

This is an excellent opportunity for a Chief Stewardess who is looking for a seasonal position on a prestigious yacht in the Mediterranean. Candidates must be hardworking, organized, and drama-free, with previous experience on a similar size vessel. STCW certification and a valid ENG1 medical certificate are mandatory, while silver service and guest courses are advantageous.
