Chief Steward(ess)

**Position:** Chief Stewardess  
**Location:** Fort Lauderdale, USA (Departing for the Mediterranean)  
**Start Date:** ASAP  

**Responsibilities:**
- Creating a family-like environment onboard  
- Leading by example and working alongside the stewardess team  
- Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service  
- Managing accounts and working within a budget  
- Detail-oriented approach to all tasks  

**Requirements:**
- South African nationality preferred  
- Positive attitude and strong leadership skills  
- Excellent organizational and communication skills  
- Keen eye for detail  
- B1/B2 and Schengen visa  
- Ready to join ASAP  

**Description:**  
We are seeking a strong South African Chief Stewardess with a positive go-getter attitude to join our team. The ideal candidate will be detailed, organized, and not afraid to dive into the same work she gives the girls working under her, leading by example. You will have a very keen eye for detail, be good with accounts, and able to work effectively within a restricted budget. The yacht is mostly used by the owner but also does about 7-8 charters per year with an above-average tip track record.
