**Candidate Specifications:**
- Proven experience as a Chief Stewardess on yachts.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.
- Female due to cabin arrangements.

**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and manage the interior department.
- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate flawless service for all guest needs.
- Foster a positive crew culture.
- Collaborate closely with the yacht's HODs.
- Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage inventory, provisioning, and budgeting.
- Provide training, guidance, and mentorship.
- Act as a primary point of contact for guests.
- Contribute actively to successful charter seasons.
