**Job Description:**

TYS Recruitment is currently seeking a Stewardess for a 3:1 rotational position on a 68m support vessel. The ideal candidate should have at least one season of experience and possess an outgoing nature to blend well with the crew and owners. Someone who enjoys spending time outdoors would be ideal.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assisting with guest trips hosted on the main vessel
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in interior areas
- Assisting with meal service and preparation as needed
- Ensuring guest satisfaction during trips
- Trailing the main vessel during excursions
- Occasional guest interactions during low usage periods
- Participating in onboard activities and training programs
- Supporting crew welfare initiatives

**Requirements:**
- At least one full season of experience in a similar role
- Outgoing nature and ability to work well within a team
- Schengen visa (if needed)
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and duties
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable spending time outdoors

**Additional Information:**

The vessel is currently conducting an Atlantic crossing with potential boat shows and charters planned for the rest of the summer season. The crew is cohesive and supportive, with Captains who prioritize crew welfare and participate in onboard activities. There is also a generous training budget onboard for professional development for each crew member.
