**Requirements:**
- Minimum Officer of the Watch (OOW) license
- Valid B1/B2 visa

**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking a Chief Officer to join a prestigious 45m private motor yacht. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced and skilled individual to be part of a dynamic team operating in dual seasons.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist the Captain in the overall management and operation of the yacht
- Supervise deck operations and ensure safety procedures are followed
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the exterior areas
- Manage and mentor deck crew, promoting a positive working environment
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless yacht operations
- Maintain navigational charts and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations

**Additional Information:**

The successful candidate will have a minimum OOW license and hold a valid B1/B2 visa. The contract offers a balanced rotation of 3 months on and 3 months off, providing ample time for rest and recreation between assignments. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
