Sole Chef

**Position:** Seasonal Sole Chef  
**Yacht:** 40m Private Motor Yacht  
**Location:** Mediterranean  
**Duration:** ASAP to end of October  

**Description:**  
We are seeking a Seasonal Sole Chef to join our team on a 40m private motor yacht based in the Mediterranean for the summer season.

**Responsibilities:**  
- Prepare all meals for guests and crew  
- Create simple, wholesome meals with minimal preferences/dietary requirements  
- Demonstrate knowledge of Asian Fusion and Mexican cuisine  
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the galley  
- Collaborate with the interior team to ensure smooth service  

**Requirements:**  
- Minimum two years of experience on yachts, or one year on a similar sized vessel with a restaurant background  
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment  
- Excellent culinary skills and creativity  
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
