Sole Chef

**Position:** Seasonal Sole Chef  
**Yacht:** Private Charter 45m M/Y  
**Start Date:** May 2024  
**Itinerary:** Mediterranean  
**Salary:** Paid in Euros, 38 days’ leave  

**Experience/Attributes Required:**  
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef on 40m+ yachts  
- Culinary trained  
- Excellent attention to detail  
- Energetic with a positive outlook  
- Strong teamwork and multitasking skills  

**Qualifications Required:**  
- STCW (fully updated)  
- Proficiency in Designated Security Duties  
- Seafarer's Medical Certificate  
- Seafarer's Discharge Book (preferable)  
- Ship's Cook Certificate  

**Additional Requirements:**  
- Ability to provide varied meals for guests and crew  
- Candidates currently in Europe will be given preference  
- Male only due to cabin arrangements  
- Non-smoker with no visible tattoos
