**Location:** Next week, Bahamas & Keys

**Duration:** 1 month

**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking a culinary trained Chef for a 40m Foreign Flagged Private/Charter yacht for a 1-month assignment starting next week. The yacht has one charter and one owner's trip booked in the Bahamas & Keys during this period.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Plan and prepare meals for guests and crew during charter and owner's trip
- Ensure all dietary requirements and preferences are accommodated
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the galley area
- Manage inventory and provisioning for the duration of the trip
- Coordinate with the Chief Stewardess for menu planning and guest preferences
- Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional culinary experiences for guests

**Requirements:**
- Culinary training
- Relevant certificates up to date (STCW, Food Safety, etc.)
- Previous experience as a Chef on yachts or high-end hospitality establishments
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and guest preferences
- Professional demeanor and excellent communication skills

**Salary:** Dependent on experience (DOE)
